PI high temperature resistant material B-6125

B-6125 is a 25μm thick high temperature resistant white glossy coated opaque polyimide label with eternal acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, especially suitable for thermal transfer printing, designed for character or barcode marking for printed circuit boards or other electronic parts. It is ideal for thermal transfer printing with suitable ribbons. Mainly used in the circuit board surface mount process (commonly known as SMT electronic circuit board high temperature labeling). This product is part of a series of products with various color coatings (pink, yellow, black, green, and other colors) and different thicknesses to differentiate.

Applications

This material is designed for the extremely harsh environment faced by the printed circuit board processing. It is mainly used for product tracking and component identification in the PCB process. No matter how harsh the process the board or component is exposed to, the label will always be highly legible and consistently readable.

Storage environment

Store for one year at 23±2°C and 50±5% relative humidity. Avoid high temperature storage to prevent glue spillage.
