Core working principle:

The sensor detects the product passing, send back the signal to the labeling control system, in the reservation position by the system control motor to send out the label, the product flow through the labeling position after the label is firmly attached; according to the scan head and RFID reader read the content, the data into the computer, data processing, if there is a problem into the error-removal entrance, according to the image scanning counting well sorting, to achieve the classification of the label collection. According to the read label position coordinates, the labeling head position can be adjusted in real time.
